Reporting to the Director, Research Analytics, a Fundraising Research Analyst is being sought as a critical member of the Governance and Advancement Services team to build our donor pipeline by identifying new prospects aligned with Sinai Health’s priority areas, liaise with foundation colleagues to develop and maintain engagement strategies, and to complete research profiles, lists and other research products to support the strategic priorities of the Sinai Health Foundation.

This position has a compensation range of $64,644 to $80,805. The hiring range is $64,644 to $70,031.
Sinai Health Foundation is a hybrid workplace, located in downtown Toronto. Currently, all employees are in-office on Tuesdays for the Foundation’s “anchor day”, as well as approximately 24 additional in-person corporate meetings, events or activities annually. Additional in-person requirements vary by team and job function. Our Workplace Flexibility policy is reviewed on a bi-annual basis to ensure the current state of hybrid work is meeting our organizational needs.
